When you join Chicago Sculpture International, you are joining over 250+ members dedicated to the celebration of sculpture. In addition to having your artist profile featured on our website, CSI provides unique opportunities for advancement and growth in all aspects of being a professional sculptor.

Exhibition Opportunities

We offer members with the opportunity to submit for a variety of exhibitions throughout the year. All shows are free of fees, free to attend, and often include free artist lectures.

Throughout our history, we have proudly showcased our members’ work at high-profile events and venues, including EXPO Chicago, the Flower and Garden Show at Navy Pier, The Cliff Dwellers, and Lincoln Park Zoo.

Exclusive Members-Only Events

As a CSI Member, you will have the opportunity to connect with fellow members at exclusive events including studio visits, foundry tours, excursions, community collaborations, and business development events featuring noteworthy speakers with expertise in public art commissions, website creation and general professional development. Community Partnerships

We are partnered with the Chicago Park District to bring sculpture to parks and conservatories throughout the city. This partnership allows our members to showcase work in prominent public spaces and participate in community outreach events, including opportunities for public speaking. The now-famous Chicago Tree Project, along with countless other exhibitions and events, serves as a vital part of Chicago Sculpture International’s mission: to bring sculpture to the community.

Through partnership with the Chicago Cultural Accessibility Consortium (CCAC) we are initiating disability accessible tours. We are committed to diversity, inclusivity, and equity in our programming.

A 20% membership discount when you join International Sculpture Center

After you join CSI, you are also eligible for a 20% discount when you join International Sculpture Center (ISC). (Please note: To be eligible for the discount you must first join CSI.)

As you complete the registration details for ISC, you will be asked, “Which ISC Chapter are you CURRENTLY a member of?” In the pull-down menu next to the question, select “Chicago Sculpture International”. Your 20% discount will be applied at checkout.

    Indoor or Outdoor – $50 / 1 Year
    Indoor + Outdoor – $100 / 1 Year

    • All of the benefits of CSI standard membership, PLUS the opportunity to be listed in the CSI Lookbooks for Outdoor / Indoor Sculpture.

    • The CSI Lookbooks allow each artist to place a short bio, portrait photo and up to 8 images of sculpture into a Lookbook.

    • To be listed in the CSI Lookbooks is $50 per book. If sculptors choose to be in both books, the cost is $100.

    • The Lookbooks are comprised of digital pdfs, full color printed books and digital flip books.

    • The artwork images are the artist choice to best showcase their style and do not need to be immediately available (Showcasing some available works are recommended if possible.)

  • Free First Year • $45 Second Year

    As a Student Member, you get:

    • Everything included in the CSI Membership, plus

    • First year of Membership FREE

  • This membership level is for AALANA/BIPOC fellowship winners only. Fellowships cover the cost of one year's membership dues, a range of perks, and opportunities to exhibit your work.

    Benefits: You will receive the CSI Newsletter, Calls for Art, Participation in CSI exhibitions and events, and a Profile page in the  Member Directory.

    If you're interested in applying for a AALANA/BIPOC fellowship, please contact info@chicagosculpture.org . If you were granted an AALANA/BIPOC fellowship please click on the Join CSI Now button below and select “Inclusion Fellowship (AALANA/BIPOC Artists)”.
